Very appreciated welcome for our hot dog on a very hot day - a bowl of water and treats . Was super busy but quick friendly service of both drinks snd lunch - enjoyed in shady area .

Lovely meal, staff were helpful, but the table booking caused confusion and they wanted us to sit outside, albeit it was an inside booking. They then requested we eat our puddings quickly as they had other customers. This let it down. The food was lovely though.

We enjoyed the food as it was cooked well. We would have probably enjoyed it more if we could have eaten outside, the problem was that only a few of the tables on the patio had umbrellas and we were told you couldn’t have food in the larger garden where there were plenty of parasols. It was the hottest day of the year so far and although the barman said he had umbrellas/parasols on order surely this should have been thought of earlier in the Spring!

Tamburlaine is an oasis of civility and great food a stone's throw from Cambridge rail station. We had a terrific meal on a quiet day; noise levels reflect number of diners. The service was helpful and friendly and we recommend highly.

Great food, friendly service. Dim sum is top notch.
