Best Happy Hour Restaurants in University City

The catfish and shrimp were awesome, and the short ribs were to die for. After 18 months of a pandemic, I’m so glad these doors re-opened. The staff was pleasant, attentive and extremely helpful. If you haven’t eaten here… what, are you waiting for? 😊
