The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. When the weather is nice, the patio is open and dogs are more than welcome to visit The Wild Fork with their owners.There is a complete wine list to order from at The Wild Fork.     My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had reservations and was taken directly to our table which was in a very nice, quiet area of the restaurant. Our server, Eric C., was great! He knew the foods and drinks and was so helpful. We really enjoyed having him serving us and will request him when we return. He brought us champagne and we had our photo taken while toasting and they printed and framed the photo for us. So nice! My husband had the NY strip and I had the ribeye and they were DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked to medium rare and the flavor was amazing. We shared sides as well as the brownie with caramel and chocolate sauce which was so good! Everything was so perfect! Our glasses were always full and Eric made sure that we had everything that we needed. We’re already planning our next dinner and can’t wait to come back.
