Service from server Sharon was excellent. We did wait quite a long time for the food to come from the kitchen. We were told they were behind because "... a lot of people were ordering pasta due to the Pittsburgh Marathon being the next day". It is unclear to me how this explanation would apply to our visit whatsoever. No need to create absurd excuses, a simple "the kitchen is backed up" would have sufficed! For our party of four, the food was slightly off as one dish was just warm, another was dry from sitting under the heat lamp too long, with the other 2 dishes just right.

Party was seated promptly upon arrival! Marshall was waitress and was very attentive and polite! Kept returning to our table to make sure that we were all ok. Our party of 4 all enjoyed our dinners and commented on well we were treated

I made this reservation for our book club. Mitchell’s provided a great table in an out of the way area of the restaurant. It was perfect part of the restaurant to be able to discuss our book for book club. It was the night after a horrific storm blew through Pittsburgh and did an incredible amount of damage and everyone was very happy to be out and to be able to get together. Some members of the group didn’t have power. We were very happy Mitchell’s was up and running. They provided excellent food and service as always!

The food and service were excellent! We were celebrating a birthday and the manager was very gracious and gave my aunt a whole plate of desserts. The manager came to our table several times to check on us in addition to the waitress.

I met a few friends out to catch up & relax & everything about our night was fantastic. The food is great, service was wonderful & price was good too. We'll definitely go back!
