Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Mandalay Bay Resort

Great location inside Mandalay Bay. Always great food and service. Try their margaritas and one of the best enchiladas, Tostado Salad with turkey, and a very delicious chile relleno dish. You can't go wrong with just about anything on their menu.

We enjoyed our dinner very much - great happy hour offerings til 6pm. Nice pour of wine. Good beer, great Irish grub. Goat cheese app was outstanding. And Sara our server was just what we needed - great personality and on top of things.

The Easter Brunch was extraordinary. An amazing array of dishes: king crab legs, sashimi so fresh it dissolves in your mouth, grilled meats/seafood, taco truck and amazing pastries…The Verandha was totally transformed to an Easter Wonderland. There was even an Easter Bunny in the house. Thank you Four Seasons staff for an Amazing celebration ✨🌷🐰

Food & drinks were fine, not great. Restaurant knew it was our anniversary yet tried to seat us at the worst table in the restaurant. Second table wasn't much better. Very unfortunate....

The bottle and charcuterie board were delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The noise level was moderate, making it easy to have conversation without having to raise our voices. I’ll definitely be returning to S Bar.
