Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Victorian Village

I just went to Fireproof for my birthday weekend celebration! It was fantastic and I will absolutely be back again! The vibes were immaculate! Our server, Dan, was kind and hilarious! He did not skip a beat! He really helped make the experience special. I also got a free slice of cake for celebrating with Fireproof!! Highly recommend and if you can get Dan you’re lucky! The food was delicious! It can be tapas or you can get an entree. I picked the crab cake and wagyu empanadas, so amazing. My friends picked the lobster tacos, the Cajun pasta with chicken, & fried rice. Everything was delicious!

Service was great - I believe our waitress’ name was Sophia. My drink was super strong (the mango taiyou), and she accommodated me with an extra shot of mango juice which was very appreciated. The crispy rice and creamy crab carbonara were AMAZING. My husband really enjoyed his meal and it was a very large portion for the price. It got a bit loud towards the end of our meal, and I don’t think I would order the tofu appetizer again, but I would definitely recommend this place and will be back! :)

Way too noisy having been seated in the bar area rather than the dining room. Dinner was delicious although server was forgetful and inconsistent. Food not paced well.
