What's a stir, you ask? We offer gluten-free contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterranean influences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish, diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights. We usually reserve tea service at the Fairmont before the opera and this time, the event fell on Mother's Day. Tea service was a little bit more crowded, but there were extra servers. Emma, David, and others are always exemplary and one of the many reasons we return to the Fairmont.
