We had a fabulous time at American Bounty last nite! . Four of us all had different entrees (the trout, pork, lamb and duck) and each was prepared with care and creativity. The Savory Donuts appetizers was also a big hit. Dessert was shared rhubarb at crisp and an innovative tropical sundae! Both were excellent. The service and ambiance were superb but it was really a wonderful experience to be served by such professional and caring people. Even tho it was crowded and the tables were all full, we still received extremely personal attention from all of the servers and sommelier. We have been there several times over the last years and each time, it was the same wonderful experience. We are eager to try the French and Italian restaurants but never call early enough to get a reservation there, but the Apple Pie bakery is also a lot of fun and terrific if we are there during the daytime.. Tho it is a bit of a drive up from Westchester, we are lucky to be able to go and enjoy the CIA.

Everything was outstanding! The food was fresh and very well made. The menu is small but that turned out to be perfect as it's just the right amount of versatility. I travel for a non profit organization and we hesitated to eat at the hotel, but my goodness was that the right choice! We live in NYC and have already started talking about coming back up on occasion just for the food. Also, our server Patrick is amazing. Never let him go. We send compliments to the Chef and staff overall.
