Tucked inside an iconic historic building in the heart of EDo, Wolf ‘n’ Swallow is the dream come to life for husband-and-wife team Chef Houla and Jennifer Jane.Our menu is built primarily around small and shared plates, with a few entrées & larger plate specials. House charcuterie, seasonal vegetables, rotating specials and elevated comfort food meant to be mixed, matched and passed around.Chef Houla calls his cooking “chaotic”: memorable flavor combinations built around great ingredients. Nearly everything is made from scratch in-house, from bread, butter and pickles to ferments, sauces and some charcuterie.The wine list is exclusively natural and small-production, alongside fun beers and a tight lineup of amaro and fortified wines.
