Had afternoon tea at Bettys. Service/Staff were superb and were so helpful and friendly. Choice of drinks and food was great and if you feel like you want more just ask. If you book for the imperial room you just bypass the queues. Lovely touch having a pianist playing in the background. Love it. Thank you Karen for looking after us.

Excellent selection of food, which tasted as good as it looked. The service from the staff was very good with nothing being too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend Sunday lunch.

The lamb was excellent, polite wait staff, however the woman who waited at our table didn’t tell us she had a cold until she had stood over our table and handed us our food. We had to try to get someone’s attention to get water and extra bread plates.
