Truly an experience worthy of a Michelin star! The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The menu items are all very creative and use vegetables with different tastes to keep you guessing. It's easy to want to order another plate of something because it was so good. My fellow diner and I are vegetarians; we normally eat a diet of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. We were impressed with the variety and creativity of the dishes. Our favorites were the sopa (soup) and the wild rice pilaf with capers and a roasted beet. Beets are a staple for us anyway, so this was like comfort food, but they put a fascinating twist on it by coating it in a beet vinegar reduction. It was a rainy night without a lot of customers and they treated us extremely kindly and patiently. I would definitely return. I do hope that they change up their menu seasonally so we have the opportunity to experience a different menu if we go to the restaurant a few times a year.

All aspects of dining at outstanding restaurants were superb! Service starting with Gustavo and TJ and Polin were terrific! Service was great! Wine pairings were almost perfect! And, of course the food was simply world-class! My favorites were the prawn and duck! Let’s not forget the ambience; bold and open and very well lighted by skylights! Overall, Elizabeth and I very much enjoyed her Mother’s Day dinner at Xiquet!
