Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib.     One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to! The flavors were perfectly balanced, the quality was A++++++ (lol), and the price was justified (considering the taste and quality). Thank you for a wonderful birthday lunch experience, the greetings, and of course, the free desserts! Will be back one of these days, hopefully with the family. :D

    I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Wolfgang’s Steak for the second time, and it was yet again an outstanding experience. The food was exceptional; the steaks were perfectly cooked, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening.     Ems was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us a lot and impressed us with his hospitality to us. We got engaged in La piazza no other better place to do it but in La Piazza. Sincerely Nelli and Johnny from New Jersey and Cagayan De Oro.

    Had prawns and lobster for appetisers but they weren’t fresh. Tomahawk was good. The experience wasn’t worth the price.
