Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Malvern

The food is excellent and very upscale Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has been decorated beautifully. Noise level bouncing off the walls is high. Troublesome for me was that I made the reservation noting our 50th wedding anniversary with our names. The hostess greeting us at the front saw this on her screen and confirmed it. Yet, there was no other recognition of our event. Why ask if you are not going to do anything? My wife asked for some extra sauce for her lamb dish, and they did not forget to charge us an extra $3. This is a new restaurant (7 months) and they should be paying attention to garner increased local clientele. Food- excellent. Customer service- meh.

Once again, our evening at Eddie V's was a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Alessia, was outstanding, professional and well versed in the menu. She was personable and knowledgeable throughout the evening. It was obvious that she truly enjoyed working for us during our time at the restaurant. The food and ambience were fantastic and, as we came all the way from Delaware, was well worth the trip especially since our trip was made during rush hour. I can confidently confirm that Wednesday's night's dinner is exactly what we have come to expect in our trips to Eddie V's.
