A Consistently Outstanding Experience – Best Restaurant in the Country Last night, I had the pleasure of bringing one of my closest friends to AVA MediterrAegean for their first visit — and what a night it was! This marked my 12th visit, and I can say with complete confidence that AVA has become my absolute favorite restaurant — not just in the Orlando metro area, but across the entire country. It consistently outshines top spots in San Diego, New York, and Miami. The food is nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish is cooked to perfection, bursting with bold, unique flavors that are both refined and deeply satisfying. The attention to detail in the seasoning and presentation is unmatched. The ambiance is another level entirely — sophisticated, inviting, and impeccably curated. It strikes that rare balance between upscale elegance and welcoming warmth. A special shoutout to Donovan, who took care of us this evening. Donovan is, without question, the best server at AVA — full stop. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and thoughtful suggestions (including a few new must-try items) elevated our experience. Add to that his warm personality and well-timed humor, and he made us feel like family. AVA, you’ve done it again. I sincerely applaud everything your team does to make each dining experience unforgettable. I’ll be back again — and again — and again.

The food at Flemings is as good as Ruth’s Chris and Christeners but the ambiance is far superior.

We came here for our anniversary dinner and everything was wonderful. Stephen was our server and did an excellent job. We sat at a nice booth and the ambience was really nice. A perfect evening.
