Enjoyed cocktails before the meal and then called to the table promptly for our time. Service excellent as was the food. Beef and lamb both delicious- lovely to see lamb on the menu. Starters all very nice and tasty. Compliments to the chefs. Pristine white tablecloths and a lovely ambience. We asked for the rather loud music to be turned down a bit which they did very pleasantly. (It was then background which was fine). Staff were very obliging and we all enjoyed our experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dobson & Parnell is a gem of a restaurant and we hope to return very soon.
