Don Angie is an intimate restaurant serving up a modern ode to Italian-American cuisine by husband and wife chefs and co-owners Angela Rito and Scott Tacinelli, in partnership with Quality Branded. Located in the heart of New York City’s West Village, the restaurant’s menu reimagines comforting dishes from Angie and Scott’s childhoods, with distinctive twists, often drawing inspiration from their collective travels. Shortly after opening, Don Angie earned a 2-star critic’s pick review from the New York Times and named one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America in 2018. Scott and Angie earned nominations from the James Beard Foundation in 2019, 2020 2022, and 2025. In May 2021, Don Angie was awarded a Michelin star.
