5-Star Review Park Resistant is an absolute gem! The Japanese chaise (chic, cozy vibe) is beautiful and sets the perfect mood. The food is simply amazing — every dish is made with top-quality ingredients and presented with such care. The flavors are authentic and creative, truly a delight. The service is the best I’ve experienced. Everyone is super nice and attentive. A special highlight: the chef personally came to our table to greet us, which made the night feel even more special. This place deserves 5 stars all the way — highly recommended!

Food and service were impeccable. We took the carpacio, avocado tuscan bread, osso buco and braised veal ravioli. It was delicious.

We enjoyed the Table d’hote for lunch. The appetizers of insalata and arancini were quite pleasurable. Our entrees included the lamb ragu and pizza calabrese and both were gastronomic delights. For the finale, the terrina ciocclato and cannoli left us breathless along with an expresso and latte. The prosecco and wine rounded out our meals. The service and ambience were absolutely welcoming. A wonderful venue in Westmount!

Food was delicious and our guests from out of town we’re very impressed. They didn’t expect such fine dining in kosher cuisine. Good job Chiyoko team!
