Es la mezcla de técnicas y sabores de la cultura inca, de los españoles, los esclavos, los chinos, japoneses e italianos que adoptarón al Perú como su segunda patria. Peruvian Perfection (Especially the Ceviche!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're craving Peruvian food in Mexico City, look no further than Lima 700. It's easily one of the best, and their ceviche is an absolute must-try. The restaurant itself is really beautiful and comes alive at night. The Good: * Amazing Peruvian Food: Truly top-notch. * Must-Try Ceviche: Seriously, order it. * Beautiful Ambiance (Especially at Night): The place looks fantastic in the evening. * Pisco Sour Available: Don't miss out on this classic Peruvian cocktail. The Not-So-Good: * Difficult Parking: Parking can be a challenge. * Valet Available: Thankfully, they offer valet parking. * Sunny Terrace Issues: If you're seated on the terrace when the sun is strong, you might need to ask them to close the curtain for comfort. The Bottom Line: For incredible Peruvian cuisine and a great atmosphere (especially for a night out), Lima 700 is a fantastic choice. Just be prepared for potential parking woes, utilize the valet service, and be aware of the sun on the terrace during the day.
