Très bon mais les codes d'un service ad hoc ne sont pas respectés : cocktails servis en même temps que le vin, amuse gueule inadapté, plats servis tous ensemble...

Le restaurant et la vue depuis la terrasse sont magnifiques. La qualité des plats est correcte mais inférieure à ce qu’on attendait d’un chef étoilé. Menu dégustation “MADRID”: saumon fumé très salé, pâtes 1er et 2éme plat bien mais pas extraordinaire. Par contre, le dessert très original et très bon.
