C'est sa forme qui vous frappe tout d'abord : une série de grandes alcôves dans le sous-sol du marché historique de Leadenhall à Londres. Pourtant, le bâtiment est tout sauf sombre. Des murs blancs lisses, alliant du linge de table et des éclairages soignés créent un espace intime lumineux parfaitement adapté aux dîners, même extrêmement confidentiels. Le menu est italien, basé sur une combinaison habile de recettes italiennes modernes simples et de recettes régionales traditionnelles pour être précis. Les plats changent quotidiennement, mais les pâtes sont toujours faites maison. Excellents plats de poisson. Carte des vins diversifiée, que ce soit au niveau du prix ou du caractère.
