We had the most wonderful lunch at Labart. Everything was perfect from the greeting at the door, the professional service, outstanding food and selection of drinks and wine. We enjoyed the BBQ King prawns with garlic prawn butter; CoralTrout, chicory, aji Amarillo beurre Blanc; French fries with Bearnaise; Winter salad with Chardonnay vinaigrette and Coconut Sorbet, dulce de leche anglaise. Alex’s flavour combinations and sauces are memorable and keep us returning to dine.

As soon as we both walked into the venue we saw it was going to be a good night, we got our table then moved to the frenzy restaurant and plated up with the beautiful food and went back to the table. The food was delicious as it always is and couldn't stop smiling over the great taste and went back a number of times, I would like you to thank all the staff for their wonderful attention to detail in preparing everything that night and can't wait till the next time we return to sharks, thank you MR David Burnett

This was an outstanding meal. Every course was delicious and generous. The combination of flavours and ingredients was innovative and worked perfectly. Fish was cooked to perfection. The service was attentive, friendly but never intrusive. The only slightly regrettable thing was an unnecessarily loud music soundtrack and maybe the wine list, while extensive, was a bit over priced.

Palette is probably the best dining experience on the Gold Coast and is up there with the best restaurants in Australia. Ambience is relaxing, beautiful lighting and gentle. Service is friendly , well executed and informative. We had the tasting menu , which turned out to be excellent value at $150. The food is divine and the order of plates was perfect. Every serve was a taste sensation and somehow packed good nutrition ( including dessert) into a fine dining experience . It has quirky themed plates , served as a work of art. Well done. A must try restaurant if visiting the Gold Coast or living there. Bonus, beautiful rooftop bar, The Enthusiast, great ambience and views.

This restaurant offers fresh oysters and prawns, constantly replenished food for the buffet. The hardworking waiters ensure that our needs are fulfilled. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
