Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
