The Restaurant at BIÂN is a private establishment.BIÂN co-founder and acclaimed restaurateur Kevin Boehm, leads the F&B program at the restaurant at BIÂN. Ryan’s special skill sets are highlighted in his role with BIÂN: flexibility of cuisine, managing a team, and curating a menu that is symmetrical to the restaurant’s ethos.
