We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215.     This has to be one of best hotel experiences we’ve had in many years. The spa was fantastic. The 1215 restaurant was 10/10 but what made it for us was the staff throughout the whole hotel. We felt so welcome and looked after. Our only negative was the general prices of the breakfast and lunch (Greens), which were massively overpriced and need the be looked into, as it was too much for what we had. Apart from that, a lovely experience!

    Food was delicious. There is a beautiful internal eating area with great ambience. If you see it looking empty from the seats by the windows, the internal room is most likely full, so don't be put off. We went first weekend in Jan which is quiet for restaurants. We will be coming back.
