The Greyhound dining experience was outstanding in every aspect . Head chef Graham and his team create innovative dishes - many using seasonal ingredients from the kitchen garden with some special additional amuse bouche . Margarite the owner is very visible and welcoming - and kindly gave us a tour of the property and explained the culture and ideals of the business - these guys are serious hosts who pay attention to every detail Suzanne and Rohit offered exceptional well informed service and added to the feeling we had of being really valued by the whole team If you get the chance please go - a Michelin star would not be out of place here - but until then enjoy unfussy fresh exciting dishes at sensible prices
