Das „Café Soufflé“ ist ein französisch-japanisches Kaffeehaus und Bar, eingerichtet im modernem Barockstil mit einem Hauch von Japandi.Neben den Törtchen und Éclairs aus der französischen Pâtisserie werden ebenfalls japanische Desserts wie Soufflé Pancakes angeboten. In unserem Café gibt es eine große Auswahl an fleischhaltigen sowie veganen Brunch Gerichten. Mittags und abends kann man aus der kleinen, aber feinen Speisekarte asiatische Bowls und Egg Drop Sandwiches bestellen. Das Fusionskonzept spiegelt sich auch in der Getränkekarte wieder. So kann man seinen Abend beim Afterwork mit leckeren Cocktails, Wein aus der Provence oder dem japanischen Kirin Bier ausklingen lassen.
