- MMoniqueCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoPelino’s Pasta was lovely. Quiet little place where you get educated on the origins of your food and the regions of Italy. I would say you are going for the experience. Certainly the portions are small and prices are high but I really enjoyed the service and the ambience.More infoPelino’s PastaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Columbus•4.8

Our server Jenna was absolutely wonderful and was quick to our table with recommendations for food and drink. We started off with the Sycamore old-fashioned and a glass of red wine. Both were wonderful and the complementary focaccia bread with red dipping sauce was amazing. Jenna explained many of the dishes on the menu and some of her favorites and I chose the small garden pickle salad and the Suppli al Telefono (an elevated mozzarella stick/Arancini ). Both were delicious but the small garden pickle salad, which is a generous size salad of mixed green with delicious pickled vegetables was one of the best salads I’ve ever had! I am already craving it again. My husband had the little red gem salad and the summer ravioli, which was a farmers cheese ravioli with corn, cherry tomatoes, and micro basil. He loved both of them and said he will come back and order the same meal again. Since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, they brought him a complementary white chocolate chip caramel cookie with a scoop of vanilla gelato on top. What a wonderful way to finish off a delicious meal. We can’t wait to go back! More infoSycamorePrice: Expensive• American• German Village•4.8

- JJulieColumbus •3 reviews4.0Dined on Jun 18, 2025Buca has really been improving in the last year! They went through a slump with food quality and service for a while but they’re back! Our last 2 trips there were fantastic. Food was brought out quickly, delicious. The pizza is back to the way it was when they first opened. Drinks (we got sangria and old fashioned) were delicious. My husband loves the spicy shrimp and we all love the fried mozzarella. Service was excellent. Our server, Kiki was super nice and helpful. Downtown Columbus has grown a lot in the last 25 years and there are a lot of great restaurants, but Buca will always be special to my family.More infoBuca di Beppo - Columbus OHPrice: Moderate• Italian• Columbus•4
