Best Family Style Restaurants in Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall

Everything was great EXCEPT for the Vol Au Vants (puff pastry with lobster and caviar). The puff pastry tasted old. The Delmonico steak was amazing, cooked to perfection with a terrific crust and perfect medium rare interior. The garlic potatoes were also great and probably the best tres leches cake(actually quatro leches, they sneak some goat milk in theirs) I've had at a restaurant. Mike was our server and was terrific and accommodating to every request in a super busy environment. He definitely deserves recognition being able to handle everything as efficiently as he did with a smile on his face the whole time.

The food was outstanding and our waiter JP was super helpful. Yes, I know it's vegas..... and you are in a casino. but could you guys turn the music down just one freaking notch so I can have a conversation with my wife across a two top table? The assault on my senses makes me wonder if I should have worn EAR PLUGS TO DINNER. Seriously.

We’re Las Vegas locals, and this was our first time dining at the Golden Steer. The ambiance beautifully captures the charm of the "Rat Pack" era, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and both the drinks and food were great. The main dining room is lively and full of energy, has closely spaced tables, which adds to the bustling vibe but can be noisy. We had a delightful evening and look forward to returning for another memorable experience.

Tbh the porterhouse was cook to perfection I definitely recommend it’ idk why people have bad reviews, me and my girl loved it. We definitely will be back

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! Besides excellent food and service, it offered a unique Mexican menu with reasonable prices. Compared with other Mexican restaurants we have visited, it was welcoming and relaxing from the get-go. The drinks too were delicious and priced just right! We intend to visit this restaurant more often and make it our top favorite! Highly recommend !
