Best Family Style Restaurants in Los Alamitos / Cypress

Had a small part (7) for a celebration. The food was outstanding and the ambiance was perfect, everyone loved it (they were from out of town). Marlena is a great place to bring families and people visiting, its such a great place to show off the charm of Long Beach.

 I’ve now visited this Pakistani restaurant four times, and each experience has been fantastic. The first three visits were with my partner, but this time I brought two friends to introduce them to the place-and they both loved it as much as I do. The food here is consistently excellent. Every dish I’ve tried bursts with flavor and offers a great variety of textures and meats. The menu is diverse, and I’ve never been disappointed, no matter what I order. The ambience and staff make you feel like you’ve been transported to another country. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always attentive. I’ve sampled a wide range of dishes, including their tomahawk, naan, chicken tikka masala, shrimp coconut curry, multiple desserts, and several rice options-each one has been memorable and delicious. What really sets this place apart is the opportunity to share plates with friends. I highly recommend coming with a group so you can try more of the menu and experience the full range of flavors. This restaurant truly feels like a hidden gem, offering authentic cuisine that’s hard to find elsewhere in the area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore even more of what they have to offer. Highly recommended!
