My wife and I absolutely love this place! This was our second visit to Beauty and Essex. Everything we have ordered from the menu has been wonderful. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. My wife’s cocktails were exceptional, and they offer several unique mock tails that are listed on the menu. I appreciate that, being someone who doesn’t drink any alcohol. The server was helpful and attentive. All of the staff are pros. We will try to visit this place every time we come to Las Vegas.

The Golden Steer Steakhouse, famed as the oldest steakhouse in Las Vegas, absolutely lives up to its reputation. While getting a reservation can feel nearly impossible, it’s worth every effort—this is a dining experience you shouldn’t miss. The ambiance is classic old-school steakhouse, exuding a timeless charm, and the service is truly unparalleled. From the moment we walked in, we were seated within minutes, and the experience began on a high note. Our server expertly guided us through the menu, and we kicked things off with the seafood tower. It was a showstopper—massive shrimp, king crab, lobster, and oysters, all incredibly fresh and served with perfect accompaniments. If you’re visiting, do not skip the tableside Caesar salad. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it’s a must-have—without it, you’re missing the heart of the experience! For the main course, I had the bone-in ribeye paired with lobster, and my wife chose the prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection and full of incredible flavor. We rounded out the meal with whipped potatoes and creamed corn, which were the perfect sides to complement our entrées. And finally, the pièce de résistance: the tableside bananas foster. If there’s one dessert that will completely blow your mind, it’s this. The presentation, the flavor—everything about it is unforgettable. The Golden Steer is officially my go-to spot in Vegas. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a memorable experience that I’ll return to again and again.

Tbh the porterhouse was cook to perfection I definitely recommend it’ idk why people have bad reviews, me and my girl loved it. We definitely will be back

Food is absolutely outstanding i could eat here for dinner every week. Cocktail program is full of classic cocktails made the right way. 10/10. Gets better every time i come in for dinner.
