Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Just past historical warehouses and vintage clothing shops, you will discover the unique approach to elevated fusion where distinctive Vietnamese and Mexican flavors are artfully remixed with the best seasonal ingredients, while good vibes pulse in the background.Explore our signature Super and Classic Dac Biet dinner menus or dive into some of our celebrated dishes from the A La Carte options.Falansai was established in 2013, and reimagined in 2020. Henry Trieu originally opened Falansai in 2013 and named the restaurant for his father's pronunciation of the word "français." Henry closed the restaurant in early 2020 and sold it to Chef Eric Tran. Falansai "2.0" was reimagined in November of 2020. As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.

Our earliest childhood memories include making homemade tomato sauce in our Nonna’s driveway located in Corona, Queens. Being apart of five children, we all had our jobs. From cleaning bushels of raw tomatoes to jarring the sauce with fresh basil there was always enough made so you never left Sunday dinner hungry. Made at our family owned restaurant, Villaggio, you can now enjoy our family recipes. It’s the closest thing to our Nonnas driveway. “Come to Villaggio, where your treated like family” - Bon Apetito! Patsy’s Pizzeria first opened its New York City location at 2287 1st Avenue in 1933, having been the dream of immigrant newlyweds Pasquale ‘Patsy’ and Carmella Lancieri. Patsy’s Pizzeria quickly established itself as a family style, old-fashioned neighborhood restaurant. Patsy’s Pizzeria catered to the growing population of Italian immigrants who longed for the cuisine of their homeland in a casual family style atmosphere. Also attracted were New Yorkers who wished to taste the new culinary expertise of the Italian immigrants and their newly developed brick-oven pizza. Without a doubt, Patsy’s Pizzeria established itself as the originator and leader of the family style Pizzeria restaurant.
