- OTOpenTable DinerWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWonderful experience. I got the chicken parm, my husband got the eggplant parm. Both were perfectly breaded and crispy and delish. A truly outstanding night thanks to our wonderful server Shelby who was friendly and so attentive. When we’re back we’ll ask to be seated at her section if possible.More infoMia's Italian KitchenPrice: Moderate• Italian• Alexandria•4.8
- PBPatrickBRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoVermillion offers very creative cooking and we had an excellent meal. Service was impeccable. However, the menu, especially for main dishes was somewhat limited and the portion sizes, especially for the main dishes were not huge or even large. Was an appetizer and a main course enough food? Most definitely. Was the steak the 14 to 16 oz you get at most restaurants? No, not even close. To be honest, it was kind of refreshing to leave the restaurant without feeling extremely stuffed. The bottom line is this is a place to go for excellent, creative cuisine, but if you’re really hungry or a big eater looking for a ton of food, you are probably at the wrong place.More infoVermilion - AlexandriaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Old Town Alexandria•4.6

- PPatriciaWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoThoroughly enjoyed our evening. Staff was very warm, welcoming and accommodating, atmosphere was attractive and comfortable with a spare, unstuffy aesthetic. Food was excellent, original and carefully composed. The tuna crudo was delicious and beautifully presented, the lobster gnocchi delectable in a beautifully complex sauce that hit a perfect balance between creaminess and citrus/lemongrassy freshness. Noise level was perfect - very easy to talk comfortably at the table, with just enough visual stimulation and buzz from the bar areas to feel festive.More infoKILNPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Alexandria•4.4
