Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. We had wonderful cocktails and a delicious meal! Our server was helpful and knowledgeable. The noise level was reasonable so we could hear each other which is so unusual! We enjoyed the evening very much!
