This would have been an easy 5 stars but service was good but not great. Service was slow with drinks and checking in after food arrived. I’m really nitpicking. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I chose Evening Star for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was just the two of us, and we were offered a table for four with a window view and two complimentary glasses of prosecco. It started to rain hard, so that probably prevented the restaurant from filling up after 7:00pm. It was quiet, which was perfect ambience for us. The food was delicious, and portions were generous so my wife could take part of her entre home to enjoy later. Hats off to our servers and the chef!

Wonderful experience, great food, perfect service. Tapas are very reasonably sized…2 per person for many folks…3 to us would have been very filling.

The food and wait staff were well worth the trip. However, as a person of color, I did not appreciate being initially taken to the back of the restaurant to be seated, past multiple open tables. And yes we had a reservation for two.

It was delicious and great to be by the water when the sun is shining and the humidity is low.
