Good food and service with a smile. There is a very friendly and happy feel about the restaurant.

Great food and the Pies do not dissapoint (Steak and Blue Cheese is amazing) . When the weather is good, this also makes for perfect outside dining/drinking by the canal. I did mention it was my wifes Birthday on Open Table when booking, but nothing was mentioned at the restaurant. Minor point.

We were celebrating our 44th Wedding Anniversary with a couple of days in Stratford on Avon and booked our first night’s evening meal at One Elm. Although lively when we arrived, the restaurant at the rear of the venue was delightful. The staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish and made it a very special night for us. The slow cooked beef pies were delicious and the mash smooth, buttery and creamy. As a bonus it was pie night so…2 for £25 (I joked that I know how to treat a girl!) We would thoroughly recommend One Elm for its friendly atmosphere, attentive staff and great food.

We were given a great welcome and shown to our table. Very professionally looked after throughout our Sunday lunch, which we felt was a good portion and value for money. It was then enjoyable to sit in the lounge area with coffee afterwards. We very much hope to be regular guests. Thanks. Pete and Jane.
