Fantastic steaks and entrées for a Wednesday steak night. Great ambiance and the dining room was warm, inviting and buzzing with chatter, laughter and all-round bonhomie. Staff were excellent- friendly, attentive, helpful and fast.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing, Megan was amazing. The refreshed menu is a delight, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative dishes that pair beautifully with their award-winning wines. Each plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with highlights like the burger and prawn dish. The winery’s setting remains as breathtaking as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an elevated dining experience. Whether you're visiting for a special occasion or just a quiet afternoon, IMMERSE offers a memorable mix of fine food, excellent service, and gorgeous surroundings. Highly recommended for food and wine lovers alike we loved the experience.

The staff at DOC were exceptional. They were incredibly generous with their service and were very accommodating. The food was delicious and everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Evelyn at Healesville Hotel is a fabulous new offering for Yarra Valley cuisine. I’m happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food.

Lovely spot in the Yarra Valley. Platters were delicious and good value. Will definitely visit again .
