Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und die Speisekarte wechselt täglich und je nach Saison. Der Fokus liegt hier darauf, angenehm, ehrlich und saisonal aber dennoch preisgünstig zu sein - das Team des Restaurants ist erfreut, bereits in seinem ersten Jahr vom Michelin die Auszeichnung Bib Gourmand für "Gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen" erhalten zu haben. Der Speiseraum im Obergeschoss kann für Hochzeiten, Taufen und Parties genutzt werden und gehört zu den besten privaten Räumlichkeiten, die man in London mieten kann.
