The food is great and is the star of the show. For me, the place verges on pretentious as far as the hipster vibe is concerned. You just want a bit more attention to detail. Our server was lovely, but knowledge of the menu could be better for a meal of this calibre. You want to feel a bit better taken care of when you spend quite a lot on a special meal. I find the concept of small plates slightly frustrating, as sometimes you want a full meal to yourself; but they do what they do very well - and the flavours across the board were great.

Loved everything. We shared one of each starter as small plates and every bite was delicious. Great cocktail menu and a good happy hour during the week. We will be back soon!

Another great Sunday at The Good Reader. Whole family there this time - the mussels were so good my kid drank the jus with a straw. Such a lovely place.

The food was absolutely exquisite, probably some of the best food i’ve had in London. Service was wonderful, overall such a brilliant experience eating at the Prince.

The sunny pub garden was pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful.
