We had a selection of sushi : The double tuna was well-prepared and enjoyable. The surf and turf with truffle was excellent, a definite highlight. The prawn tempura had a slightly burnt taste, and the batter wasn’t as light or crisp as expected. The salmon with avocado was decent but had a slightly fishy aftertaste. The aubergine dish was disappointing-small in portion and lacking seasoning, making it quite bland. The wine selection was reasonable, though the markups were steeper than usual. Service was efficient but minimal transactional rather than engaging.
