Best Date Night Restaurants in Baldwin

While the ambiance, our server and food were wonderful the noise levels are too high. Starting with the choice of music and soundblwveks, just increased the level that people need to speak just to have a conversation was almost at yelling levels. This on a Sunday at 530pm. At 6pm there was a singer, she has a phenomenal voice, but the volume was very high. The food is phenomenal, presentation is perfect, flavor is excellent and cost is with in range. While our server was incredible and helpful with a few questions we had, the other staff was lacking, in terms of refilling my water. Even having told them I only drink water. But, not a deal breaker. The decor is exceptionally beautiful and perfectly artistic and arranged. We will be definitely ordering for delivery but not so sure on returning to the restaurant due to the noise level. Also While I do not agree with automatically adding an 18% tip to my bill, I understand the reasin behind it. However, we prefer to tip our server in cash, with fear that the owners dip their hands into the tips before the server and back of the house get their portions. I do recommend this place for food and ambiance.

Bavarian pretzels were delicious and the entrees were excellent (lemon chicken, steak tidbits, salmon and the variety of burgers/chicken on Monday Burger Night).
