Beautiful barn renovation on a luxury country getaway! Amazing food and lovely ambience. We had a 2 pm late lunch booking and surprised to arrive as only diners except for one large corporate table. This did not disturb the quality of food or presentations as entire experience was lovely. Can’t wait too return and book in at hotel or spa!

Excellent food and service from helpful and friendly staff. Only minor niggle was that towards the end of our lunch the music became a bit loud.

Great food, great people, great pub! Staying on nearby campsite and remembered the pub from our last visit. It didn't disappoint. Staff are super friendly and the food is to a very high standard, we had another lovely visit and will be back again!

Outstanding and interesting dishes served in a down to earth way with a friendly welcome. Refreshingly free of pretensions. Well worth going a few going extra miles to experience.

We were originally seated by a door which was letting in a draft . We asked to be moved. A young waiter was asked. He really didn’t want to move us despite there being several no shows. He went over to another member of staff and said “you sort it, they want to move” it was really rude. Food was ok…… lacked seasoning and despite menu sounding impressive it isn’t quite there yet.
