I would have to say that was a mistake. The tomahawk was cooked properly to a medium rare, but it was not very tender and quite a bit of gristle and fat. We got the lobdster tails on the side and they were fine. We chose the asparagus and the Fleming potatos for our two sides. The potatos were very good. The aspargus could have been cooke a little more and they really should trim them better. The stocks were long and as one might expect towards the bottom of the stocks they were really woody. We had the creme brulee and the browning for desert. Both deserts were very good. We will visit Flemings again in the future. Service was great as usual.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - TucsonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Foothills•4.8

- RRichardTucson •19 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAn extraordinary 30th anniversary dinner we had last evening. We elected to eat outdoors - it was quiet and intimate. Appetizer - Escargot and artichokes - Delicious and went well with the bread. Wine - a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc - really good and reasonable. Salad - also very good - Walnut and pear with gorgonzola. Stuffed pork chop, and Fettucine Scallops - both extremely well prepared - generous portions. Waiters (Oscar - very good at service and pleasant). All in all, one of the best evening out we've had in the year past. In short - good service, nice setting, excellent food. A good place for special evening out.More infoVivace RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Foothills•4.9

I’ll be making a special trip to have that dish again. Service was also exemplary, a standard we have become accustomed to here. A definite must try when in the Old Pueblo!More infoLa Luz RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Foothills•4.1
