Best Cozy Restaurants in Marlborough Street

Restaurant Six exceeded our expectations in every way. My wife and i had a stop over in Dublin and had booked into a hotel near the town centre. When we were looking for a restaurant to have dinner at we did not want to go to that usual “traditional Irish” pub type place and we found a reference to Six. We were glad we had done so. The ambiance was very pleasant, low key and more peaceful, the food was good and then service was outstanding. The maitre’d, Vish, is the consummate professional. We were made to feel special while at the same time at home. On our own reference scale of “would we eat here again” most certainly yes and we would rate the restaurant highly for any visitors to Dublin.

Great location, fabulous food and yummy coffees. The bsnd was fun! The waitstaff were lovely and helpful.

Purchased the theatre deal. Food and drinks were fab. Cloud 69 cocktail was one of the best cocktails I ever had. Staff very nice and good at their job. Second time there will definitely go back

Madigan’s was outstanding- great ribs. When we return, we will visit them again. Great mashed potatoes.
