The location spans 1,700 square feet, seats 50 inside and 20 people on the patio and will feature a California – Italian menu. The atmosphere is cozy, warmly lit, with wood paneled walls and custom lighting. We serve brunch on Saturday and Sundays as well! “We are thrilled to be a neighborhood restaurant serving our community. We have a great pizza oven and create custom Neapolitan style pizzas. At Babette, the husband and wife team of Joan Ellis and Patrick Hooker, are in the kitchen preparing each plate to ensure that their vision and taste profile are translated to each diner.     We had a delicious meal. The homemade pasta is perfection and the salads and vegetables are so fresh and delicious. Great service and a friendly staff. It was a bit on the noisy side for about an hour (6:30-7:30) otherwise a very pleasant dining experience.

    Juanita & Maude is our new favorite restaurant and a remarkable addition to the East Bay dining scene! The food is not only unique and delicious but also beautifully plated. Each dish was picture worthy! The ambience was warm and inviting, and everyone we interacted with, from our outstanding waiter Benjamin to the rest of the staff, made us feel truly welcome.

    I had a beautiful time for my birthday. The patio is charming. There were no bad appetizers. We love a good butter-roasted Brussels spout. My friends with gluten intolerances said this was the best pizza they have ever had. The sourdough crust was fresh and delicious. I’ll be back!
