We were delighted with our dining experience at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. It is a step back in time in ambiance in a historical mansion. We loved the small rooms which created a coziness and quiet atmosphere so uncommon in most restaurants today. The service was superb and the food generally excellent. If you're looking for a unique, romantic dining experience, Ho Ho Kus Inn is the place to go. Of all the many restaurants we have dined at in Bergen County, this is our favorite. I’m a first time diner at this restaurant. I heard that the menu is limited but the service and quality was excellent. I agree. While the menu is small what they do in execution of the menu is delicious. I’d rather have a limited menu with excellent execution then a large menu with poor or limited quality.

So I thought the food was pricey but I feel like most restaurants have had to increase the prices lately, so that is not a reflection on Tillys. The food was good but not excellent. Our waitress was wonderful! Cute restaurant and it was loud but not crazy. Great bar. We would return.
