Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Canonsburg

As always food and service is great!!!! It is one of our go-to restaurants for nice date nights!! I believe the prices match the food perfectly and no matter who our server is, they are great and make sure we are taken care of. The food is spectacular and we are always beyond full when leaving. Recommend making reservations.

The food is always phenomenal and our waitress was amazing. Erin was an absolute gem—attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind.

Went to Atria’s on the spur of the moment. Was able to get a reservation at the time I wanted and my table was ready when I arrived. Tracey was very efficient as a server and also very friendly. The food is always delicious there. The only downside was the noise. It was so loud, I turned down my hearing aids. I recommend this restaurant. I wish it was back in the south hills where it was.

From the moment we arrived at Bistecca, the experience was exceptional. Our server, Alicia, was nothing short of amazing—attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She made sure every detail of our evening was just right and created such a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere for us. And then there’s John—what can we say? He is the heart of Bistecca. Every time we visit, he makes us feel like we’re coming home, treats us like family. John always goes out of his way to greet us personally, ask how we’re doing, and share a few genuine moments of conversation. His presence sets the tone for the whole dining experience—welcoming, caring, and truly one-of-a-kind. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and warmth, and we’re so grateful for it. Thank you, John and Alicia, for making each visit feel like more than just a dinner—it’s a night we always look forward to!!

First time to this restaurant. They have lots of outdoor open seating although it was raining and I prefer to sit inside. The service was wonderful. Attentive but not invasive. The food was equally as wonderful. The salad was fresh and obviously made to order. I had the porcini and truffle ravioli, which was flavorful and a good size serving. Bread was offered with options for a brown sugar, butter, or an olive tapenade. A very comfortable place to dine and I will be going back.
