Exceptional meal and service. David was a fantastic waiter. Our table ordered beef short ribs, lemon thyme chicken and the white truffle risotto (only available for a short time). All of the food was delicious. The white truffle risotto was exquisite! Highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back next time we make it to NYC!

It took us a while to find it! The restaurant is on the 14th floor. When you go in it is an amazing huge Italian deli on the first floor with a number of other restaurants. It’s fun just going through the deli! Go to the back left corner as you enter and the hostess will check you in then up to Serra. We had the lunch menu Cesar salad and butternut squash ravioli with sage butter sauce and the tagliatelle pasta with bolognese sauce. Wine selection was great and food excellent.

Absolutely gorgeous room for dining! The food was delicious, looked wonderful in its presentation and provided an experience for my cousins and me that will be a memory forever. I was under the assumption that the tea was included in the pricing for the high tea, so imagine my surprise when I was charged $65 per pot of tea. That was unexpected.
