The food and drinks were excellent and the service was very good. The servers tried very hard to make sure that we were served promptly and that everyone in our party got exactly what we ordered. The restaurant was a little louder than what we are used to but that is just the character of the venue. The two little wrinkles were something we have never seen before: 1. It is assumed that all guests are using a credit card and if you pay cash, the onus is on the customer to deduct the convenience fee from the bill. 2. We did pay by cash and the bill came to almost $600. When our server came to pick up our check and payment, she stood there at the table and counted the money in front of us instead of going off to the side or in the back to do so. That was offensive. We are a group of professional women who go out together once a month and choose a different restaurant each time. We tip well. There was no reason to treat us in such a suspicious manner. As the “host” of this month’s outing, I received excellent feedback on the food and the service but felt it important to note these two dings.

We liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. Presentation and quality of the food is very good. A bit on the pricey side though. Cocktails choices are good but big city pricing...$15 - $17. Menu entre choices are not particularly special but I do recommend the lobster roll. Fresh, large chunks of lobster. We shared 2 different desserts and those were decadent and large portions. One small problem is the construction happening on the properties. It is a little difficult to maneuver the first time you go there. Signs would help! Don't let that stop you from trying this restaurant.

We made reservations through Open Table, easy to do. Greeted warmly by the owner, he sat us at comfortable table, soon served a roll with their DELICIOUS dipping oil (available for purchase, which we did). NY Strip Steak, perfectly seasoned, cooked to exact medium rare, with compound butter, delicious! Large piece of salmon expertedly cooked, with parsnip puree, the yellow squash was cut, seasoned, cooked perfectly. This restaurant is a great find!

Food was delicious & done to perfection. My friends all enjoyed their dinner. Highly recommended!

Consistently great food and excellent service. The rigatoni with spicy vodka sauce is definitely a go dish.
