    I have loved this restaurant since it opened. It was my favorite for a while.... but the experience has gone down since. The past 6 mos every visit left the same feeling.... Not enough staff making the experience sub-par. Servers are wonderful there... but they seem to run the restaurant routinely with just under the amount of staff nessicary for the kind of experience you pay for there. Even with a reservation, seating times are slow while tables/booths remain empty... and bar service, though cocktails are always excellent, is EXTREMELY slow... the bar is always backed up with orders.. cocktail ordered when our appetizers arrived, was brought out when our meal was very near complete. Food is very, very good consistently, and so are cocktails, but the way things are run with not enough staff leaves a disappointing impression and makes the experience not worth what you pay, sadly.

    Hearsay is a great dining experience atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant is lovely. The menu options are fantastic and Dustin is incredible at the bar. I highly recommend you give it a try.
