Just completing its second year on the dining scene in Telluride, Kazahana offers classic Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Naoki Takahashi and his team. Sourcing the freshest seafoods from around the world, the menu includes nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, chirashi, tartar and ceviche, as well as a selection of salads and hot entrees.
